What’s happening now...
Just in time to meet EPA’s effective date for the new 1-hour NO2 NAAQS (April 12, 2010), Oris is releasing NO2POST, which is a post-processor that will take your AERMOD output and calculate modeled concentrations that conform to the new NO2 NAAQS. It follows the process outlined in this EPA SCRAM notice:
http://www.epa.gov/scram001/no2_hourly_NAAQS_aermod_02-25-10.pdf.
NO2POST is free to download for all BEEST users currently in maintenance. Non-BEEST users may purchase it for $150.
EPA will also be soliciting comments at a later date on how the standard
will be implemented.

News From Bee-Line Software
BEEST version 9.82 has been released and is available for download for all BEEST customers in maintenance. This new version of BEEST incorporates all the new features in AERMOD version 09292 and includes improvements suggested by our users. Of particular interest is our new Google Earth export feature. You can now overlay your property lines, building outlines, sources, receptors and concentrations right onto Google Earth! As always, please let us know if you have suggestions or ideas for improving BEEST.
A new demo, "BEEST Overview, Part 2", was recently uploaded to our website. If you missed any of our 2009 or 2010 demos, you can find them on-line at
Support → Demos.
