Windows Vista 

The programs that run on Windows Vista are the BEEST Suite, SCREEN3, Professional CalPuff, and CHARM. There are two common error messages that can occur when installing these products on Windows Vista:

1. A popup window appears with the message "an unidentified program wants access to your computer."

Click the Allow button to proceed with the installation.

2. Windows claims to be unable to find a directory for the MSI installation file and prompts you to specify one.

Create the directory C:\Temp if you do not have it on your computer already. Browse to this directory and click OK to continue the installation.
